Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 40 days of purchase.
• Product must be in the same, unaltered condition as when it was received. 
• Returns are accepted only from Champ Dog Gear.
• In the event of a return the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded in any return.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 40 days of purchase.
• Product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded in any exchange.
• Return labels may be issued upon request.
• Additional charges may incur if the product being exchange is of greater value than the original product received.
